As a native of Colorado, Jake was born in Carbondale and raised in the mountains of Marble and Crawford. With his father, Gary, owning and running an outfitting business out of Marble, Colorado, Jake grew up fly-fishing, hiking, and hunting, and continues to have a passion for the outdoors and wilderness.
Jake has solidified his real estate experience and success since beginning his career in 2017. With almost $100 million in sales in the past 5 years, and earning his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, he's earned a spot in the ranks of reputable Colorado ranch brokers. Jake is a reputable realtor in Western Colorado, as the #2 overall producer in his local MLS in 2024, and reaching over $20 million in sales for the year.
