Welcome to 30 Summit. A very nice setting in a great ski-in ski-out neighborhood. The great room is the focal point of this comfortable residence and has 270 degree wrap around amazing views of Whetstone and Crested Butte mountains as well as the entire CB valley. It has a nice gas fireplace and lots of seating. The ample size kitchen enjoys easy walk around flow from the dining and living areas with bar seating for others to visit while you are cooking and prepping as well as enlarged eating space. Watch the weather changes come and go over Crested Butte and turn 180 degrees and see it over Whetstone while cooking visiting and eating. Adjoining the great room is a powder room and a large family room for TV watching and privacy. The primary suite is off the other side and has a fireplace, deck, a walk in closet and its own luxurious bathroom ensuite. There is a separate soaking tub with jets, a large separate steam shower and two vanities. Downstairs from the main floor there are 3 more bedrooms. One is a jr. master that has a large TV, and en suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor share a full bath with shower. One room has a king bed and the 2nd has 2 sets of bunks (twin over twin). Moving on to the lowest floor is a casual entertainment space with a ping pong table, game table, large TV, owners lockout closet, 3/4 bath with steam shower as well as a full bar area complete with ice maker and refrigerator. Beyond this area is a large private bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds that are set up as twin over fulls. Walk out this room to a ground level patio area with an oversized hot tub for relaxing after a summer hike or winter ski day. This house not only sleeps sixteen but also has four large spaces for many people to gather and/or segregate. This makes for easy choices of who or where to share and play outside of the quiet bedrooms. The home is offered fully furnished and has an attached heated two car garage.
