Originally from Central Illinois, Nick grew up deeply connected to the land, spending much of his time on his family farm, developing and managing his family's duck club, and working on deer leases with a focus on improving habitat and overall land quality. These early experiences built a strong foundation in land stewardship, habitat development, and a lifelong appreciation for rural property.

Nick attended Illinois State University, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, building a foundation in business, marketing, and strategic thinking.
Nick has experience as a commodities trader, developing a strong understanding of markets, risk, and timing. He has also been involved in a startup focused on connecting outfitters and hunters, giving him valuable insight into outfitter operations and the unique value drivers behind recreational and hunting properties.

After traveling extensively throughout the western United States, Nick made the move to Pagosa Springs, Colorado. He now lives there with his fiancée, Allison, and works in one of the most sought-after markets in the country for ranches, mountain property, and recreational land.
