Centrally located on the McClure Pass area geographically known as the Somerset area, there's plenty of mountain recreation to keep outdoor-friendly buyers busy. Easily accessible off the turn off the CR 265, the Grand Mesa is just miles from this cabin, with hundreds of thousands of acres of public land accessible to anyone. Up 265 is also "Overland Reservoir", a fun mountain reservoir with good fishing, camping sites, and access points to hunt surrounding mountain areas. It's also close to Electric Mountain Lodge, for summer and winter recreation, whether you're snowmobiling or cross country skiing, you can drop by for a hot meal or a cocktail.
