Yes, folks, this one is rough and needs a lot of work, but it has a ton of potential and a great location. Originally this 37-acre property had a mobile home on it and a "bunkhouse" that barely shows up on county records. The mobile home has been removed and the bunkhouse has been halfway remodeled.
