Just off of McClure Pass on Highway 133, this stunning 831 acres was for sale for many years. Having previously had the property listed, I had known about the 831 acres being something the family would sell.
I had a client come into town looking at a similar nearby property. When the property we looked at didn't fit the bill, we elected to also go see some other listings on the market. After seeing these properties, my client was not intereseted in anything, and I remembered the 831 acres for sale, so we parked on the highway, and looked at the property while I flew the drone high above to look at it.
My client expressed interest in the 831 acre ranch property for sale, so I contacted the seller personally, met him in person, and struck a tentative deal. I wrote the contract, representing both parties in Transaction Agency, and both parties had attorneys review the commitments and documents before closing. In less than 60 days we had the ranch sold.
